Nope, Saleen was re-purchased by Steve Saleen. The period between 2009 and 2012 is kinda murky, but production didn't stop during that time. The company headquarters is in Corona California now. Here is a link to their website: http://www.saleen.com/index.html

I have nothing against Tunning companys no sir, and i have nothing against Hennessey, i like Hennesey actually, but idiots like you who compare a stock car to a tuned one, thats what i hate. and yes my M-Spec is tuned, but its not just from 1 tuning company, its from a bunch of them, mostly HKS and PSI, along with my own added touches. and i havent seen a Hennessey that i couldnt beat, so i wouldnt talk unless you know my car. and nect time, if ryour gonna do a comparison, make sure there both stock or BOTH tuned.

its not bias against hennesey, its bias against idoits who COMPARE TUNERS TO STOCK VEHICLES. theres tuners out there who have more than doubled the output of those henneseys you looked at why would we care about them when talking about a stock car?

Its funny how bumrush does not like hennessey tuning but it seems he loves tuners??? I went to the hennessey website and their upgrades are awesome,so why the bias against hennessey bummy, you like like tuners, including your own, did you race a hennessey and get whipped, most likely!!

Who gives a shit as yet the 50th version of this same mustang but just another tuner and the same hp numbers that mean 0-60 in 4.5 and blah blah blah,just fill in the stats from another version and what did saleen do to change anything. At least Hennessey shows whopping hp numbers to say wow, but i am so tired of even a 700hp mustang that cannot go under 4 seconds 0-60. Same old story.

And im surprised it has so much power for the base model.the last 1 had 335bhp.
