This is going nowhere near as quick as 11.4. Especially not on stock tires. The 2010 599 GTO did an 11.5.

Same deal like standard 426 Hemi but this one is crazier version. It has aluminum hood, fender, door and some body panel. It also has magnesium wheel and lightened front bumper as standard. To reduce more weight, Dodge decide to remove all luxury item on this car and add van bucket seats, plastic side window and battery rode is in the trunk. As the result, the car had incredible 1/4 mile time. It recorded 11.40 @ 125 mph on straight line in this condition.
