I think its possible to do
1:20.0 - 1:20.5

Just compare lap times with
Mini Cooper S and Renault Megane RS Sport:
both cars laped Viriano, Tsukuba and Hock.

@ Viking: Driven properly, it'll probably beat the Punto, maybe even the Mazda RX-8.

@Shaggy now that I have seen some videos of the Hockenheimring kurz track it looks like an easy course if you have decent car control, and don't overdrive the car. I am pretty certain that I could beat that lap time on my second lap (both the tires, and I usually need the first lap to warm up). I hope to find a video of a better driven MR2 on that track (in stock configuration) so that a more representative lap time can be added.
