If 12.7 is true,then DBS can finish quarter mile in 12.8@200+kph.How can it be possible?

According to the acceleration comparison video below,DBS is much more slower than california.I wonder where does these umbers like\"12.7 and 8.6\"comes from?
By the way,according to AMS,DBS did 0-200 in 14.3.
