It's certainly a faster car than the ZR1, but slower than the GT2RS, Gumpert Apollo Speed, and probably slower than the 599 GTO as well. The other thing is that it would actually sell for less than the ZR1 in the US if it were sold in the US.
Here's what Kelley Bluebook says are the REAL(not MSRP) prices the average consumer is paying for these cars.
911 Turbo $133,750,
ZR1 $152,782,
GTR $85,880,
Viper SRT-10 $96,681
Even the Spec-V would sell for less than the ZR1 if it were ever sold in the US becuase even a 370Z Nismo costs tons less in the US than in Japan.

It is probably the most impresive time ever(Maybe) but figure the base GT-R does an 11.5 at 125mph, .5s off isnt that hard to believe, great traction, great tyres, fast dual clutch, but 170k is definetly PUSHING it! Japanese Supercars sure are expensive though.
