This car would be fine with an LS9, but its not like it needs more power, its Aero is fine also.

@Age
Give it even a LS9, that wouldn't help you much. At the track that would be hopeless, being non maneuverable. Also wouldn't a top speed recorder cause this has not enough aerodynamic body. But it would be quite a good weapon to set fast 1/4 times. But the wheelspin would be.. burnout, damaging the time.

Setting a big supercharger engine into this gross - kinda like a Shelby GT500 SuperSnake as a result. Hm, they both bodies with similar proportions, even gearbox is used absolutely the same. Hey, you'd make an Austalian SuperSnake!

Put a super charger on this thing and see how it goes....

How could you call this a super car. 290km has not been proven. What is proven that a BMW Alpina b10 that is 20 years older is faster with at 300km/hr and has a 6 cylinder engine with a capacity half of the 427. Another similar car of the same vintage was the GM Opel Lotus Omega which was slightly faster than the BMW and once again used an inline six cylinder 3.5 litre engine

Another great Australian V8 story I would say

i own 1 and honestly it is a trip worth taking, you have no idea of the power and handling, brakes are absolutely amazing, i drive a VE clubsport every day and there is honestly no comparison

Australia is a big counbtry in land mass only. just over 20 million population. The government ensures the Holden/Ford monopoly with tarrifs etc. The pricing is on par with what you'd get from the Germans in Aussie

Yes it may be a good car, but for the money you pay for it, its better value to get a standard VE GTS or Clubsport
if i could i would get a VE Maloo 317 instead of any other hsv

FOR such a big country they only hav a few manufacturers, FPV,Holden,HSV,Elfin, and the sheer price of this 427 is insane, i mean $155,000?? thats hugeee, i woulda guessed about $80,590 at max.
