The one who uploaded the video was simple to stupid to give a correct description..
at videotime 4:13 you have a clear shoot of the stock inline6 M3 engine
“VQ-Series DOHC V-6, OWNER
BMW M3 3.2L V6 (330BHP)...”
Everytime I see a "3 series owner" who claims to have a V-6, I just LMAO.
best regards,
ben
lmfao @ v6 m3
“Apparently, there is. (for a previous gen.)”
1. There was never a BMW M3 with V6 engine or any BMW M car with V6 engine ever in history of BMW.2. I doubt there is any V6 petrol engine by BMW of any kind
3. Even if you know nothing about BMWs you can still hear the difference. Inline 6 never sounds like a V6 and vice versa (Sound of inline 6 can be confused with V12 but in no way with a V6).
4. People do make mistakes. And they certainly do from time to time when they chose a title for video. Just because it says "V6" doesn't necessary mean it's a V6.
“BMW M3 3.2L V6 (330BHP)IS THE ONLY ENGINE THAT THEY PRODUCE WITH A LOT OF RACING FEATURE.IT USE TO BE THE ENGINE WITH THE MOST HP PER LITTER (MORE THAN HONDA S2000)”
I've never seen that engine listed in the top ten highest outputs/litre..... 330/3.2 = 103bhp/litre while the S2000 is 240/2 = 120bhp/litre ie. 20% more power per litre than the BMW.....Apparently, there is. (for a previous gen.)
“BMW M3 3.2L V6 (330BHP)”
What are you talking about? What BMW V6? There is no BMW V6 3.2 as far as I know.
