Wel there are a good few cars that have more torque than hp without being deisel. also the 2008 Mazdaspeed3 weighs a little over 300lbs more than this 2002 Mazda RX7 Spirit R Type A and it is FF not FMR so it has worse grip because of weight tranfer physics. and they both almost even out their power diffs the RX7 has actually 308hp the 3 has 263 45hp diff torque 3= 280 RX7=246 33 diff the RX7 is more aero effecient I think so I think the 3's 155MPH Top Speed limited probably 161-2 not than 170-175 for Mazdas last supercar is not unreasonable.

there is a good reason itll do 186. it has 446 bhp lol. 346 at 4500 rpm? 63 hp/liter? thats a bit of a giveaway i cant think of any diesel ferraris at the moment :) the point is even with smooth shape and size of this rx-7 even if it does have a smidge over 300 bhp expecting it to do 175 is like expecting me to punch through a brick wall. youre gonna need more power.

I mean this car in the link supposedly tops out at 186 and it weights 3726 pounds and has 346hp and 406 lbft of torque. All I am saying is that it is not ridiculous to assume 175.

1:04 is quite an extrordinary time, for any car, but for this, im not to sure, and 175mph unlimited sounds a lil high.

Actually since the 1993 RX7 did 0-60 in 5 flat with only 216 lb/ft and 256 hp with similare tire grip levels then the 308 stock hp of this car would mean 0-60 of about 4.7 or 4.6 and a top speed of 175mph non limited. The driver of the rx7 at tsukuba must of been inexpirienced it is easily capable of 1:04-5's

It has got a 1.3 litre engine not a 2 litre.
