I was under the impression that the remap and exhaust were optional extras
available when ordering the car rather than after market tuning..... if option
I'd argue this is just a different version (like the various Clio versions).
If thats not true I'm happy to have it deleted (I only added it because of the
EVO group test and new Cadwell Park lap time).
I looked at the Vauxhall side there is no option list added were you can order
the extras.. autocar listed the parts which are all aftermarket.. Resmus exhust
remap chip lowering springs
The extra power is offered by the Vauxhall owned 888 Performance Centre and as
far as I can tell Vauxhall still cover the warranty. To me this isn't much
different to an AMG "tuned" Merc..... however the Ford Fiesta ST185 I also added
IS tuned (I hadn't fully read the review where I found the laptime until now) so
I'll delete it and the Cadwell Park lap time.

I'm considering buying this car,some people have a problem that the VXR comes as
standerd factory tuned.i think offering a car thats ready to run on the track
from the box is not only good,its a alot better on your pocket aswell.Vauxhall
have gone to a new level.and to say they have only just started mass producing
"sport" models,they havent done all that bad!
