2008 Lotus Elise SC

WTF, who erased that new 2011 Lotus Elise that was on here?

How come this car is quicker from 0-200k than an Exige S PP (ie 240hp). Is it something to do with the different supercharger/gear ratios or is it a typo?

My Elise SC Clark Type 25 with sports spec and Exige tyres has well under 5 secs 0-60 acceleration. Stopwatch readings are consistenly around 4.2-4.5 secs

@moetmoet no they use different less perfromance orientet tires on this model..the reason why it perfromance so bad on tracks compared to other Elise models

Wow, surprised its slower than the 111r!?! Down to different drivers maybe?

sportauto critic the steering which tend to understeer at turning into turns. The comfort package adds weight reduce perfromance and the stock Yokohama Advan Neovan tires suck according to sportauto, the Yokohama AO 48 mounted on the 2-Eleven in the same test are lightyears better. sportauto cirit that with the comfort pack the Elise SC is slower than a Boxster S and the price in Germany of the Elise SC is only 2500Euro away from the Boxster S... next to be more exotic the Elise SC has nothing that speaks for it to buy it and not a Boxster S. For pure track fun the 2-Eleven offers much more for the same price..

can you edit the cars specs? I forgot to fill out that its max spd is 240 km/h, its engine location is in the middle, gearbox is 6 spd-manual, and that the home country is Hethel;Norfolk;England.
