The data are little bit wrong... the SL300 was avaible with 5 different final
drive gearings. From 1:4.11 from maximum, acceleration over 1:3.89, 1:3.64,
1:3.42 to 1:3.25 for maximum topspeed of 260km/h. With the final drive gearing
for maximum topspeed the acceleration droped to over 10s. 0-100km/h. With the
standart final drive of 1:3.65 the topspeed was 235km/h. Topspeed ranged from
208km/h - 260km/h depending on the buyers choose.
The SL300 Coupe power was in 1954 215hp only. Only the SL300 Roadster recived
the 240hp engine as far as I know.
