now i got it... its because usualy i use a lot "japanese letters" so i guess half of the numbers i typed in japanese language. sorry for that mistake :)

It was the text formatting of the time, maybe it was cut and paste from another website that had weird formatting?

There was never a real law for that limitation. Its some kind of "gentlemen agreement" between the japanese car industry's. I think it will be very hard for cars like Nissan GT-R, Lexus IS F or other cars that cost close to 100k USD with max of 280HP.

weird the time is 1:09.54 (its truely slow but not slower then suzuki cappuccino). it looks weird kinda big 109 and small 54. can someone fix that?
