I think "Fuji Raceway" has to be renamed to "Fuji Speedway" aka (Fisco). or am i
wrong?

You're right. And some laptimes were done on early Fisco outline, which is
shorter(top 7). While the other were done on the new one, from 2005, the same
one F1 uses.
Excuse me but lap time for Tsukuba can not be confirmed. This link

There have been rumours of the Audi RS3 for several years but it doesn't seem
likely to appear in the short term.
