140mph? Are you sure??

FastestLaps 12/10/07, 16:11:12
140 mph seems quite optimistic. But car seems to be very light.

weight plays no rule at topspeed only power and aerodynamic... and the car lacks in both... 125mph at best... never 140mph

You can't say "no rule". I would better say "has a very little influence". Because 1000 ton car will never run as fast as 1 ton car if both have about 100 hp. 1000 car would stand still :D

sure I can..weight is a constant force... air drag is a increasing force (increase in square not liniar) after passing 160km/h (100mph) 100kg more or less play no rule in topspeed... my car fully loaded reach the same topspeed as empty... at low power cars they lost topspeed only at uphill sections with higher weight..this car with 100kg more would rech the same topspeed.. weight plays only a rule from a standing start at low speeds..

The 1/4 mile time also looks rather quick?
