Yes it is possible to have 10 turbos on a single engine. But I don't think it
could make any sense. And yes, it is possible to have both - turbo and
supercharger on a single engine. In fact there are mainstream cars with such
engines - like Golf GT 1.4TSI.
10 turbos wouldn't make sense because engine would become painfully complicated
and without any increase in power - since you can get the same power increase
with one massive turbine. Multiple turbos are used to reduced so called "turbo
lag". But 10 sounds like too much to be practical.

i have a 7,47 EVO n52 page20 done with 2 people onboard with wet.
they say it can do a 7,30 in optimal conditions
