I've added the 8:22 lap that's featured in Best Motoring Video Special Volume 6
(driven by Motoharu Kurosawa).
BM crew always used full 20.832km course with standard time measurment mehod
(without the part of pit straight) in all of their respective Nordschleife time
attacks. Their times are absolutely credible.
(like seen in this video:)

They i are so bias on best motoring there is no way in hell that a skyline r32
gtr could beat a 996 turbo a skyline r34 gtr cant even beat a 996 turbo.The 911
turbo any generation of any 911 turbo (964,993,996 any generation of 911's) is
the best sports car of it's generation and is the bench mark of all sports cars.
Yes they can be biased alot, but on tight twisty tracks, anything can happen.
although i think they might be biased with german cars too. not slower, but
faster, cant be sure though? still a good show thpugh:)
Im alil confused, does this include the actual power or the "gentlemans
agreement" lie? also factory tune? The car has over 300hp stock. I saw a 323hp
dyno sheet on UK forums.
Also can you add "stopping distance, suspension (solid axel, IRS, multilink
suspension etc) and caliper size, dimensions, fuel capacity and wheel base" to
your layout?? :D
Skyline R32 GTR has 324mm ventilated (drilled) discs with 4-piston calipers on
the front and 300mm ventilated (drilled) discs with 2-piston calipers on the
rear.
if todays top n-ring drivers tested the r34 gtr again and it was unlimited i
think it could do very good, as u said 7:54 would be a suitable laptime for the
r34 gtr.
