OK. Top Speed entry changed. Currently i haven't found any lap times for Ultima
but it's clear that this car is seriously fast. Somewhere between Radical SR3
and Radical SR8.
BTW: i just found out that Ultima GTR one set the world record for 0-100-0 mph

It looks bloody gorgeous! A total spots racer on the road and at a small
percentage of all the others price. Of course Top Gear won't test it, it would
make all those over priced things look very, very silly.

Revised opinion - in fact this is the prettiest car I've ever seen apart from
the GT40, Ferrari 365P3 or the winged Chapparal (any)specially the Nurburgring
winners - or a Renault Alpine A310?

This is the GTR720. The 1/4 mile is 9.9@143. Many people use this car as daily
drivers. Every time it beat a record (acceleration and top gear lap) they drove
it to the event.

Theres the GTR800 with a supercharged LS7 as an option soon, With 800bhp. There
beautifully made too when you see one in person you can see the quality and
engineering that goes into a Ultima, Its also amazing that the Ultima managed
its Top gear lap time with a car that they drove to the track blitzed just about
everything and drove it back home, it could still go over road bumps in the spec
they used to lap the top gear track too.
Brings a whole new meaning to Race Car for the road.

this ultima gtr as far as i know there are 3 forms of it the 535 the 640 and the
720. and the stats here are for the 640

although it pains me to say this but it looks like the zr1 wont be king of the
ring for long..:( i always wondered when this bad boy would run the ring. im
curious what time the zr1 could achiev if it was pushed to its limits by a
proper proper proper race car driver. i dont really thin it could do under 7
minutes but oh well i guess maybe 7:10 with perfect conditions but definetly not
under 6:54 like this ultima is preparing to do. i do love the ultima too though
its one of my dream cars.

Weinach Cobra anyone?
0-300kph in 10secs. I know its just a tube frame dragster for the road.:) Veyron
has been tested 0-160kph in 5.5secs by english mag but 0-100kph of that run was
0.3secs down on factory claims so me thinks the Veyron can run 0-160kph in
5.2secs.It has been tested 0-240kph in 9.8secs so 1/4 is wrong on this site!
