the other thing to consider is that an RX8 has four doors which can make it more attractive than many coupes that have similar performance and cost more.

show a source for the acceleration number... the RX-8 is rated with 170kW that are 231PS or 228hp.. no matter if in Germany or the UK...

Production started in 2002... first RX-8 showed up in Germany (outside car shows) in August 2002 during a event to celebrate Felix Wankel 100th birthday (Felix Wankel the father of the rotary engine).. 2002 is correct

You may want to change the title to read "2004 Mazda RX-8" seeing as how they didn't exist back then. 2004 was the first model year.

Yes but aren't they the same apart from some small cosmetic tweaks? ie. the engine is the same.... didn't seem much point adding a new car to the database when the old and new versions are virtually identical.
