| Any ideas where R8 could end up in lap time board? Anyway - Clarkson's gonna
love it. He has already done review at timesonline.com where he gave it 5 stars
out of 5 and could not find any bad aspect of this car. |

On dry track (not very likely because TopGear is till filmed in GB) Audi R8
could be as fast or faster than Murcielago. 1:23 is a strong possibility. |

| it's 2 secs slower than the gallardo spyder and a that does the top gear track
in 1:25ish in the dry so i reckon 1:26ish |

| Just look at the time it set at Hockenheom, 1:12.7. Thats the same as a Ferrari
F430. |

releasing wrong episode description. |

I think 1:23 is realistic for the R8. The next episode of Top Gear doesn't
appear to have the R8 either. |

it has to be a good handling AWD car to get high scooring place at topgear..
good chance for the R8 to get a 1:23min laptime.. a brave stick will perhaps be
able to get into high 1:22min... in the UK the R8 recived some pretty good press
from race drivers.. |

I would love to see Audi R8 vs M3 (E92) in track. Audi R8 has advantage. But
still it would be a nice battle. |
